Arkansas EFT Center Grievance/Complaint Procedures
All grievances are submitted through a written process that is directed to the CE program administrator and are responded to within 6 business days. AREFTC is compliant with all legal, ethical, and non-discrimination policies in our trainings, promotions, and content as well as the treatment of participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance is the responsibility of Julia Conroy, M.S., and Chad Imhoff, Ph.D. To file a grievance, please fill out the form below.
